The steak in the picture is served on a volcanic stone that is hotter than a motherfucker. The idea is you then cut it and cook it to your temperature. I was very skeptical at first but it was delicious. I'm a slow eater so the last quarter was just med well but I was also full and just slamming it down. Fun experience
