Lots of quality people would not work service if they weren't tipped at current wage

I have servers that work for me that make more than I do hourly, had a server work 20 hours last week claim 750 dollars, plus I pay her almost 8 bucks an hour.

I would have reviewed our cameras and see what happened, if another server snagged the money, etc. I would still fire her ass though for confronting a guest about a tip.
