Makes sense. Most of the forearm stuff I've been doing so far has been pronation and cupping. Lots of wrist curls. I'll start adding more riser and supination stuff.Has been solid progression. I've added around 10 lbs to almost all of the movements.
I'd assume (Im no expert at forearm training), you'd want to focus on riser and supination for the 'top of the forearm'... but I could totally be wrong
