Makes sense. Most of the forearm stuff I've been doing so far has been pronation and cupping. Lots of wrist curls. I'll start adding more riser and supination stuff.

Yes I forgot about that, just did a couple sets of those for the first time last night. I'll keep at it.
Decent event. A few surprises. Couple injuries, hopefully Georgi and Rustam can heal up quick.
Matt had absolutely nothing for Nugo. That twitchy midget packs some serious power.

Glad to see MMT lose. Apparently he never commits a foul and never gets pinned. Ever. He knows better than the refs that have their face right there looking at it.

Devon has a left hand match vs Kurdecha in June so if he wins then it wouldn't surprise me to see them do Devon vs Vitali in august for the left hand title and then Vitali vs Ermes/Levan for the right hand title at the end of the year.
Update from my side... finally found a group that has practices around here...
First practice will be Wednesday evening. We'll see how I feel Thursday after getting destroyed by people 50+ lbs smaller than me. Apparently Artem Taranenko trains with this group now and then.

it’s crazy how much technique matters… super humbling being far stronger than someone and not being able to stop them from a pin.
was an awesome time, but I’m sure I’m going to be feeling this tomorrow. About 2 hours of pulling.

Yeah... according to the guys there, Facebook seems to be the best place for finding arm wrestling practices.
I really just lucked into it. I noticed one of the murals at my gym was tagged 'toprollking' which happens to be Artem. So I just messaged him on IG and asked if anyone trained around here. He then directed me to this group.
