What he had was a pretty shitty rifle covered in plastic to male it "look" modern.

He most likely bought it off a site like arms list. These are "meet in a parking lot" types of deals and are perfectly legal. These rifles are very old and have likely changed hands multiple times, there are no records of sale.

I purchased 2 of these exact same rifles this way back in the day for$200. Perfectly legal.

However- Somewhere some dude is sweating, knowing full well he sold the gun. Would love to be in that guys brain right now, lol.

I have a scoped SKS... It is not a sniper weapon. At all

I got mine to use out in Whitetrashastan for hogs if they ever come back. Can't imagine anyone actually thinking it was a decent weapon. White trash be white trashin
