What he had was a pretty shitty rifle covered in plastic to male it "look" modern.

He most likely bought it off a site like arms list. These are "meet in a parking lot" types of deals and are perfectly legal. These rifles are very old and have likely changed hands multiple times, there are no records of sale.

I purchased 2 of these exact same rifles this way back in the day for$200. Perfectly legal.

However- Somewhere some dude is sweating, knowing full well he sold the gun. Would love to be in that guys brain right now, lol.
Man I would never sell any firearm to anyone I didn’t know well. Maybe I’m just naturally distrusting. Meeting up with people from some website seems like it would end up with bad results. Like this for example.

I had a coworker tell me her husband was interested in a firearm I had. I say ok, yeah, I will sell it to him. Lets meet at XYZ gun shop and we can do the transfer there. She was borderline offended by that, asking why I just wont take cash. I suppose sure, its legal for me to do that, but I am not taking a firearm that has my name recorded to it and just selling it for cash, I want that paper trail to move to the next person. So I still have it today. My dad always said "never sell your guns" and I think he meant that more from a regret perspective, but I think this applies as well. If you go off and do something with it that you shouldnt and I am the last registered owner, then I just created a massive and possibly dangerous headache for myself for a few slips of magic paper. No thanks.

Looking forward to four years of assassination attempts.

Or less...
They'll never let him take office and won't certify the election of a convicted felon. They already have that narrative out there. They are planning an actual J6 coup!

because its not news. Stop falling for everything on twitter.
I don't, I always research something because I know the disinfo going on with both sides, it's why I asked if anyone had seen any articles about it because I can find nothing.
