Thanks Ill check them out, do all of the ones you mentioned require I.D?
No prob. I've never had to supply anything to *deposit* but some lesser stature sites have demanded ID and CC faxes to make cashouts over $500. This was a lesser issue back when US people could use Neteller.
The goal of smaller books offshore (in my experience) is to put obstacles in the way of you cashing out, to make it less likely that you'll take any money out and more likely that you'll keep it in play.
Remember when you're gambling offshore that the reason they are out there is that it isn't regulated like in the US. They will react with outrage to suggestions that what I say there is true, but the regulatory agencies (e.g. Kahnawake, etc.) are fake, not subject to regulation that legally prevents "conflicts of interest" etc. -- books, for example, can hang a bad line, fail to cancel your bet, then just decide not to pay you. They are regulated in claim only; the only real regulation is "the bottom line." The majors may do good biz because they have realized that being the most legit is their blue ribbon guarantee on staying in biz, the small ones do not really want your biz anyway if you're a winning player, i.e. capable of beating their crooked games.
Do NOT play their casino games, imo, unless you feel like you can figure out how their bait & switch scam is working, and work it to your advantage (I used to be able to do that). They were rigged in the past, all of them, even fairly high tier sites' games, imo. I am saying that as someone who gamed them at low levels for a few thousand.
Anyway, the message is just to remember that you're not dealing with the same kind of institutions as in a brick & mortar or even just US regulated (but still online) gaming situation.
When it comes to the B-level and lower sites, if they can figure out a way to fuck you that doesn't harm their bottom line, it only makes $ sense for them to implement it.
