Looked like traffic was crossing the bridge as the ship approached, I couldn't see any headlights on the bridge as it collapsed. Hopefully people got lucky.
Whether he's right, or electrical cables were just breaking, this guy's correct on the sharing hashtags, were it true.

It was already reported that tugboats are optional at that port. There isn't evidence of a pilot boat or not. Maybe it is out of frame. There was a power outage which could have caused the horn to be disabled. We still haven't heard the audio of the call from the ship.
I'm not saying it wasn't a cyberattack, but it could be a malfunction that caused the power outage.
