salt mill sea salt that I had to hand crush with a mortar and pestle because my salt mill broke lol
I'm trying to whip up some italian bread this morning between meetings. we will see how it comes out. I am going to try to recreate Jersey Mike's rosemary parmesan bread. We have a good block of parm in the fridge, every home should, and fresh rosemary growing out back.

This is going to be a real treat. If bread intimidates you, you should make Italian bread. Very easy to make well.
Our little experiment came out great imo. Could probably get the shape a little nicer next time.
Baking bread is scary man.
