If this stuff is available to street gangs in South America can you imagine the type of drugs the CIA and Mi5/6 have?

Google ex mi5 agent David Shayler.
Shayler stated that MI6 had been involved in a failed assassination attack on Libyan leader Muammar al-Gaddafi in February 1996 without the permission of the then foreign secretary Sir Malcolm Rifkind. The plot involved paying the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group with supporters in London and links to Al-Qaeda £100,000 to carry out the attack.[8] The group was paid to plant a bomb underneath Gaddafi's motorcade. The attack happened in March 1996 in the coastal city of Sirte. The bomb was planted under the wrong car and failed to kill Gaddafi but did result in the deaths of several innocent civilians.[7] In November 1999 he sent a dossier of detailed evidence of this including the names of those involved to then home secretary Jack Straw who stated that he was "looking into the matter"[9] as well as Parliament's Intelligence and Security Committee and the police. In 2005, the LIFG was banned as a terrorist group in Britain.

He also stated that the intelligence services were deliberately planting stories in newspapers and the mainstream media by feeding willing journalists with misinformation, such as a November 1996 article in The Sunday Telegraph by Con Coughlin linking Colonel Gaddafi's son with a currency counterfeiting operation citing the source as a British banking official when in reality the source was MI6. This was later confirmed when Gaddafi's son served the paper with a libel writ which later admitted the true source of the information.[10]

You'd think something like this would be in the news more, I remeber a big hoopla about a nanny with no visa which forced an MP to resign. This though crickets...

CSU is known for their work on the mind and brainwashing. Add in his dad working for DARPA and creating the algorithm that discovered LIBOR scandle? Yep.
I remember his dad working with HNC, who worked with DARPA; but IIRC, the LIBOR connection (to both holmes & lanza) was disinfo from sorcha faal.

james holmes is an interesting character indeed.

IMHO, the real conspiracy is who does the additional gear & gas mask belong to? who let him in?

It honestly seems like people just don't want to admit that their (major Western powers) are every bit the villains they pretend other groups to be. People don't want to admit that what "their side" is up to is repugnant because that would mean one of two things:
1) doing something about it
2) admitting they're either a coward or too powerless to do anything about it

#1 means actually having to start reasonable dialogues on very speculative subjects and that means having to wade through the f'n crazies and that sucks. Nutcases being drawn to a hypothesis, no matter how probable (edit), or a cause, no matter how noble, will instantly discredit it.

#2 seems like it's the easier option but then lots of folks would have to stop pretending that being born in a strategically strong country somehow makes them anything special. And of course admitting it means having to convince your friends and family that you're not a paranoid crazy something or other....
