Up 3.6% today to $171
Ford (F) is up 11.37% today. That is a huge move for an established stock.
It's at a 21 year high, currently trading at $24.31/share.
The company is ramping up production on their F-150 Lightning because the amount of interest caught them by surprise. Moves are being made so they can produce 150,000 trucks/year by 2023.
The Lightning - an electric truck - already has 200,000 reservations from retail customers. This does not include commercial-fleet interest, which is also expected to be robust.
Ford dipped to $3.87 in April 2020 and has been an absulute rocket ever since.

Lumber is back up - way up - but it's the lack of shipping that is driving the price increases this time around. Allegedly. Stock *should* stay healthy with these higher prices, but watch out for their earnings date of 2/3/2022. They could have a miss if shipping continues to bog shit up.
Should be able to get a feeler for how it will shake out by keeping an eye on earnings reports from Potlatch (PCH) and Weyerhaeuser (WY) - both who report later this month.
Today's open looks like a vote of "no confidence" in this administration to right this ship.
Incidentally - DWAC (Trump's social media SPAC) is up 10% today while just about everything else is leeding red.
