Reverse merger of Electrum Partners into Indoor Harvest Corporation is the catalyst we've been waiting two years for.
After a bloodbath yesterday, pre-market is basically flat.
That's not good. Probably in for another down day. It's possible investors are waiting to see what develops with the railroads. If the strike happens, we'll probably see another 3% taken out.

Leslie assisted with the original founding of the company through Electrum Partners. The business failed, he was appointed CEO, and now it's being used as a shell to take his private corporation public through a reverse merger. We're due to find out what assets he's taking public by Oct 7th.
