So Trump's Media and Tech Group plans to do a reverse merger with DWAC.
For those that don't know - a reverse merger is a quick way for a new company to go public. They merge with an existing public company, then BOOM, they are on the market virtually overnight without having to jump through a bunch of hoops.
People who knew this was going down made a lot of fucking money today - not that the Trumpster would ever do something as crooked as insider trading.
