If everybody in the room is vaccinated you don't need to wear masks.
There is to date a paucity of randomized control trial showing that vaccinated people are sufficiently decreased from transmitting the virus. And right now we don't have nearly enough people vaccinated so you're regularly in contact with people susceptible to catching covid-19. Masks are for slowing spread rate. They do that. They still need to do that for some more months.
Vaccines to date are proven to stop you from getting sick from covid 19 if you're vaccinated. They probably stop transmission at a dramatic amount (based only on retrospective data) but we don't know exactly how much and those studies are ongoing. The CDC does not make recommendations until there are US based randomized controlled trials giving the data.
I think you know the real answers to those questions.
