@Splinty has mentioned people in Texas not being able to get tested. Over a week ago that big drive-up testing center here at Hard Rock stadium was completely empty, and they were testing anyone who wanted to get tested.

Well I do think it’s time to start testing the water a bit and have people return to work. But I don’t have a wife or kids so I don’t have the fear of bringing anything home and hurting others. I’m leaning it’s a bit early for me based off the fact I have about a month of work to keep busy then it’ll be a slow summer. I’d prefer to play it a little safer and wait till June(schools not open till at least mid August). I’ve been getting a full paycheck so that obviously influences my stance. I have noticed of all my co workers the ones with families are really wanting to get back and are sick of family time lol.

my lady didn't wanna go back last week(enjoying the vacation, even though no pay and unemployment is still processing initial claims for most of state...no money lol)
This week she is ready to roll and to go back to work, pissed the governor is keeping shit closed for such a long time...we have a minuscule infection rate, and even less hospitalizations.
I can't stop or my business goes down real quick.

I have no problem returning as long as there’s a plan and they aren’t just calling in the minions (maintenance and custodians) to be the crash test dummies. Hanging out really hasn’t phased me. Despite what it seems I’m usually a homebody about 26 days out of the months and do sporting events and concerts the other 4 or 5 days. Gonna have an old buddy over to grill and watch the fights tomorrow so hopefully be a start to some normalcy.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — After nearly seven hours of public comments and discussion Friday, the Riverside County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to rescind county public health orders imposed amid coronavirus.
The rescinded orders previously executed by Riverside County Public Health Officer Dr. Cameron Kaiser include: social distancing, face coverings, restrictions on golfers, and barring short-term rentals except as emergency shelter for vulnerable people.
The supervisors decided against rescinding an order mandating all schools stay closed through June 19. Instead, they amended it to include only K-12 schools. Vocational schools and higher education systems are no longer ordered closed by the county.
No other county health orders are in place.
