I'd like to believe it. hopefully. but the white house changed some of the reporting logistic right around then. so we may be comparing apples to oranges unfortuantely
that's actually my concern...everybody in AZ is wearing masks, but I think it's too soon to see the impact of that.

In Florida there has been a moratorium on foreclosures and evictions since April. It is always for 30 days but the governor keeps extending it. He just extended it through the end of August.
The power company in my region voluntarily stopped disconnecting service for non payment.
I think these two things should be obvious and if they're not then people have a right to be upset. Not everyone is willfully on unemployment, only the guys who used to work for

HHS took over reporting on June 16th, if you're keeping track of when 'new cases' suddenly went flat. The only other reason I could think of is that we're at testing capacity, but we've hit higher numbers.
Hopefully things are actually improving, but it's only hope at this point (for me)

Makes more sense to give the tenants the money to pay the landlords than pay the landlords outright. We learned this in 08.
