I'm personally not buying the whole anti-gravity engines. I've been read into dozens of SAPs and nothing is close to that, I know tons of people who have been to the TTR, I talked with one earlier today who has been there recently (I left that world behind a couple years ago so I dont have an opinion). He thinks this is all fucked up but is very skeptical, as everyone should be.
I really think he had a TBI, or multiple TBI, stress, things like that and had a mental breakdown. Or it's something far more sinister, deep state plan to put trump on trial for war crimes? No idea what else, I do know it's got my attention and probably everyone else with a clearance so I'm sure if he had anything in an inteldocs (classified folders where you can hang documents, videos, etc) it's being rummaged through and backed up by anyone working in a SCIF/SAPF/TISWA right now.
IF it turned out he's right I'd accept that, as I know I don't know all the secrets I'm the DoD, I'd be shocked that we're that advanced when I worked with all the top labs in the country for well over a decade and I've never even gotten a hint of anything close to that advanced.
