Sort of what I was thinking too. Drum up support for Trump to get a guy who can't win in there, and also ramp up the "documents by the Corvette" case against Biden so they aren't forced to run him again.

Stage left enters Newsome and the velocity of America circling the drain speeds up just a little bit more.

I want The Don to come out of his house wearing a Navy Sixer on each hip and in his best Wyatt Earp voice say "I don't think I'm gonna let you arrest me today, fellas"

Then lick his fingers like Gene Wilder in Blazing Saddles and hit them with "Say when", à la Doc in Tombstone.

Since they are turning this into a bulshit charade, The Trumpster might as well play along.

It's amazing how scared they are of Trump beating them. they are dying for a thousand new January 6 scenarios in response to his arrest- so they can arrest and lock away thousands of conservative patriots for years- and brand conservatives patriots as terrorists when all the proof shows them as terrorist
