The 34 counts were literally all the same thing.
It's like charging someone for jaywalking 27 times because that's how many steps they took to cross the street.
No handcuffs was secret service's call. They did take his fingerprints. They decided against the mugshot because they knew it would be all over campaign logos and they didn't want to gift him tens of millions in campaign financing. The mugshot was planned until yesterday. The campaign released a shirt today with a fake mugshot and it's selling really well.
Yes, the same thing stacked 34 times, but no crime listed. Bragg said he didn't need to list the crime but his office allegedly knows what it is. Not listing a crime, and not telling the person arrested what the crime is against the constitution.
Furthermore the judge's daughter worked for Kamala Harris. He should have recused himself immediately, but nope, not in 80% democrat Manhattan.

They wanted it until yesterday when they realized how bad it would look for them, and how much it would benefit Trump. This is one of 4 or 5 potential indictments Trump has going right now, only because he's running for president, and because he leads the pack by a huge margin.
They have been for quite a long time, used to be a bit more independent in a local sense, but they fell completely in line and are now a direct propaganda feed.
I know people that still listen everyday thinking they are getting "informed".
I used to listen as it felt somewhat balanced and some of their stories were very informative. You could hear the bias but it wasn't overwhelming. Anything GOP related was a touch harsh, and anything DEM related was handled a little lighter.
But it got significantly worse during Trump's presidency. I haven't listened in probably 5 or 6 years as it was no longer a news network.

That mindset can be attributed to the election interference. Social media company execs should be facing legal action for violating people's 1st amendment rights.
