Interesting

Does that mean those states use the same software or not?

I don't care what his background is...I want the facts on this voting software that apparently had a "glitch" in Michigan.

Attacking message not messenger is always a good policy IMO
How is this an attack? It’s info on him from his site. I posted it to those who might wish to consider the source. No attack intended.

I didn't mean by you. I almost included that disclaimer in my post.

I do think some people take that bio as a reason to believe he is full of shit. Hence the rating of your post as funny.

I appreciated you posting that because I had no idea who he was.

I encourage a full examination of all the voting software and protocols...If our vote is being manipulated we should figure out how regardless of left vs right.

I love all your posts...you know this.

Attacking the messenger is some folks MO here.

This thread has been pretty immature from the start. Not a good look to be trolling so hard and makes the staff look even worse. That's not an insult to anyone just my opinion. I have a knack for for welcoming new members and I know these types of threads are a big turn off for them. Not gonna name names but some members posting in here need to grow up. I'm not attacking anyone I'm just stating my opinion, not trying to tell you or anybody else how to think.

Take care

What do you nerds make of this?

The three largest voting manufacturing companies — Election Systems &Software, Dominion Voting Systems and Hart InterCivic — have acknowledged they all put modems in some of their tabulators and scanners. The reason? So that unofficial election results can more quickly be relayed to the public. Those modems connect to cell phone networks, which, in turn, are connected to the internet.

“Once a hacker starts talking to the voting machine through the modem, the hacker cannot just change these unofficial election results, they can hack the software in the voting machine and make it cheat in future elections,” he said.

Didn't we just read about some GOP senator blocking a bill to prevent voting machines from being connected to the internet. I think her point was that the states can do what they want. So this has to be acknowledged as a problem and then dealt with by the 30 states individually.

I'm really curious to know what the glitch is and if it's a true glitch or users being their typical dumb selves.

I didn't read that but I don't doubt it.

I think if it is affecting federal election then it will be dealt with both on a state and federal level...If investigation proves it was a widespread problem...So far I have only seen "glitches" in michigan and california.

Time will tell

There are reports of updates rushed out in the last few months and also a report of an update pushed out during the election(in Georgia at least)

Dominion Voting System is the widely used system that is mentioned a few times in tweets and articles last few days.

I'm not a tech guy so I don't know anything beyond that...I will wait for the dust to settle.

Variations on searches on Dominion Voting...etc...will turn up some information about various concerns and where it is currently used.
