China says it is also committed to zero carbon emissions like us. They are having massive problems with global warming. They get it.

I'm very aware of their projects. What they project to the world and what they do are 2 very different things. Canadian natural gas exporters had their ability to sell China natural gas taken from them by the coal lobby. China is building new coal plants at a staggering rate.
