I'm pretty sure, not 100% though, when it's vacated it goes back to a lower court, not up to a higher court because it's as if the case never happened. I'm not a lawyer, so maybe a lawyer can comment.
Maybe.

Election fraud, in the political climate there has been in America the past 4 years? Doubtful it goes anywhere but.

does that hurt during your day?...do you notice it when walking?

My buddy bent his plate once when it was less than a year old
The ankle was already rebuilt once from football. It’s an arthritic mess and I’ll probably be on a cane soon. The plate area mostly hurts in cold weather, it’s all the soft tissue damage that kills all the time, especially the new damage from the break (usually when you break your ankle the ligaments on the other side blow out too.).

Arizona officials certified the state's election results Monday, formalizing Democrat Joe Biden’s narrow victory over Donald Trump even as the Republican president's attorneys continued making baseless claims of fraud in the state's vote count.
So goes newsmax, so goes the election.
