I'm loving the dressing down of their bullshit. What they along with Trump did is disgusting and should have consequences.

Dobbs is an old CNN guy. Got booted when he supported and reported the "Obama wasn't born in America" thing. Had a spat with the head CNN guy if I remember correctly.

Like most of the folks on News TV, he's now a glorified talk show host. His show is more political than it is financial, which is why I rarely listen.

Sadly, he was better when he was on CNN and CNN was better when he was there. Now it's all turning into pro wrestling

This whole pardon thing is insanity...Why on Earth is any president allowed to pardon people that were found guilty in a court of law.
I get it for some things. When a President is able to "override" a sentence that was obviously unjust or something like a weed charge that would be a slap on the wrist today but was treated like armed robbery 15+ years ago then I think it's a good thing.

But when you let someone go that had committed "white collar crimes" because they have money and influence then that's bullshit and I get grumpy.

Because the founding fathers were 18th century slave owning cunts writing in archaic terms that are now deliberately misinterpreted by partisan hacks in the judiciary.

There are two main things the shittyness of the US Constitution always comes back to - the first problem is that they wanted the President to be essentially a constitutional monarch that would largely mimic the contemporaneous British constitutional monarchy. The second problem is that they didn't realize the extent to which political parties would take control and partisanship would dominate, eroding the ability of congress to restrain the President. So now things are forever fucked.
