X changed its algorithms to make accounts blocked by "more credible accounts" less visible. At the same time, a lot of the tech guys who'd been pushing for more immigration started blocking all of their critics., so even those who haven't been outright banned by X are being punished for disagreeing with Elon.

I'm glad Elon and Vivek are getting their asses virtually kicked. The rhetoric of conservatives, including Trump for so long is Illegal Immigartion bad, and unlimited Legal immigration good. Clearly the public doesn't agree.

Lol I can't get a warm body for 45k who knows how to even use excel. You're out of touch with the market. You will get lucky and find people filling a gap for a few months or a year which honestly if that's your business model and you're aware of it (under pay understanding you will have high turn over) then that's valid. But there is zero issue with white talent locally.. You just aren't willing to pay for it.
Ironically that's the entire argument against h1b and other skilled immigrant visas in the West.. They enable employers like you and suppress real market salaries.
