In the next city over from me there is this guy that's real tall and gangly with bad striking defense. He drives around the city in his Prius with a lizard on the passenger seat and blasts the backstreet boys.

There was a guy who looked like Zach Galifianakis, who'd dance with his stick in the park. He wore old school headphone, and spun around without a care in the world. Just him and his stick.
You beat me to it, but I was just about to post this. Everyone always wanted to take photos with him, so he used to charge people for it. He would walk around with a bunch of bills stuffed into his thong lol

I wouldn't call him crazy but he is a character and pretty famous. rides around the entire city long beach CA even all the ghettos. we call him flag guy.he annoys the liberals which makes me happy I think he is originally from guatemala.

There's a guy in derby who walks everywhere backwards while writing down car number plates. I think I seen the cunt one time after work but I diddnt know about him at that point so thought it was just a weirdo.

There used to be a guy round my way who would stand on a particular street corner and shout at traffic, I have heard of people doing this in other places and I assume it's fairly common.
