General Examples of things that make you feel old?

Guys who I played sports with growing up and were good enough to go pro are retired or at the very least in their twilight.
 
I said essentially the same thing on the last page, but chicks born in November 2003 cna legally do porn.

That was the month and year I first moved out of home (I was 18). Chicks who were born at that time and were mere newborns then are now able to suck dick and take loads to the face on camera.

Another thing. Just yesterday my colleague and I were talking about MS-DOS and our 25 year old bookkeeper said “What’s that?”

In fact, there are many things that make me feel old. When I watch some movies I've seen before, I feel like they came out quite recently, and then I look at the release date and realize it's been years. I also don't really understand all this new stuff, cryptocurrencies, NFT, it's all new to me. To me here recently my son showed me this article https://www.techmaish.com/getting-started-in-the-world-of-crypto-gaming.-a-beginners-guide/ , after reading it I realized that now it is really possible to earn on anything, for me it is some kind of shock. I need to sit down and figure it all out. Also, the new cartoons are pretty weird, I don't think they're made for kids, cartoons used to seem kinder to me.

What really makes me feel old is looking at old threads on hear when we had a ton of members that got along and were funny af instead of the constant political bs that is currently going on and sank this site.
 
What made me feel old is these 23 year olds born in the year 2000. This dude I knew didn't even know what yacht rock was. These same Folks will say they grew up listening to mac miller when they were kids and it would be like 2010 lmao. Their childhood gaming system was the original xbox.

Christ. I don't even know what you're saying here. Never heard the term yacht rock & have zero idea who mac miller is. Don't think I've ever seen an xbox before either lol. Haven't owned a gaming console since '93ish. I take that back, bought my son a switch a while back.

People were talking about vision in this thread a page or so back. Last few times I've changed the oil on my wifes car I haven't been able to see the holes/thread for the lower engine cover & transmission cover. Have to layer the two for the rear mounting screws but did it blind. When I had my head right under the attachment points everything was just a blur. Fucking hell.

Yacht rock is from the late 70s and 80s it would be like kenny loggins,bobby caldwell and even michael mcdonald it was a huge genre oddly enough rappers like warren g,dj quick and b real were inspired by it.

Gotcha. Grew up on the farm & went to a ghetto gangbanger school. Only music I really heard in the 80's & 90's(born in '77) was country & rap with some metal thrown in at wrestling practice & the weight room.
