That method is about how I make my best salsas/hot sauces...I love grilled ingredients, they make it amazing

I've never needed to add water but I use fresher peppers so their is more liquid
I would also add fire roasted onion and cilantro to that blender...maybe a couple fired tomatoes
You can can anything...so that would be nice canned, you just have to add proper citrus or vinegar and cook for the proper time in boiling water...We can all types of stuff like that
