Jesus. I've just looked my rented house up as in what it's worth and it's $464,000. It's a 3 bed 1700ish sqft. I pay sodding $2,200 a month for it!

I wonder what the rent'd be for that place in the OP?

that would easily cost 5 million in California. my parents sold a 1000 sq ft house for 450,000.
