Like a fuckin champ. Long time pro here. The key to doing this long term is simple you see? All of my liquid intake is almost exclusively clear liquids. Its that easy. I drink at least a gallon and half of water per day, usually aim for seven refills a day on my liter bottle. After a day of hard and dicficult hydrating i switch to vodka. Keep it clear.
