I’ve never even had a jobYeah, you do. Work a job where you come into contact with these people, and they are fucking everywhere. Your workplace has at least a couple.

I think people have joyously rejected critical thinking and dispassionate reasoning skills, and exchanged them for immovable opinion and a preference for wildly speculative, poorly supported notions.
Thusly, belief in ridiculous conspiracy theories is at an all time high.
It's depressing. I have a much lower opinion of my fellow man's intelligence in the past decade or so.
That’s @Cody ‘s favourite bookI'm not sure people have ever been much better, it's just more disappointing now because sourcing and fact checking is so easy. I mean, this has never had any trouble finding an audience:

It was funTypical
He creates a thread to ask opinions on a topic. Then he tells you you’re wrong when you do.
That's what they want you to think your seeing. It's a big problem IMHO. I see it a LOT.
Agreed. Witches, whether real or fake, are making a big comeback. I personally know several people who’s wives/girlfriends are into witchcraft. My significant other says it’s because the show outlander got popular. I’ve never seen it so I wouldn’t know.Take the witch-trials for example, about 400 years ago, you think people were that much dumber back then? We evolved a lot since then?
Nah.
