That's just a pretty pic of how much sun and green there is. City street nearby. There are plenty. I'm not drinking this month though. Sort of a personal reset along with the service. Spending my time operating, taking call, reading, and hiking. Forces me outside of my usual routine.

Surprisingly, the mobile internet is better here than most of the USA lol.

Somehow it came right over us and didn't drop much rain. Radar showed it going north of us, but last minute it was right on us. Lots of wind though. I have about a thousand limbs to pick up.

There isn't a a gas shortage if everyone just filled up like usual. But social media started a panic and now austin, dallas, everywhere is filling up their vehicles.

Heres my irresponsible apartment complex:

I just got word from a friend that works for the city of houston saying that Houston is running out of gas. I just went to 3 different gas stations and people are fighting over gas and some gas stations have already ran out of gas. We will be out of gas for the next week or maybe even a few weeks. The Gulf Coast pipe lines have been cut off and it may takes weeks for us to get gas down here. Dallas is in the same situation right now as we speak. If you can go, go fill up your tanks ASAP. I care for my community, so I thought everyone should know what I just found out from a friend. Have a goodnight everyone.

The gas shortage is hitting Austin now. It was total chaos yesterday. Every gas station was either packed with huge lines, or they were vacant because they were out already. One gas station told me that it may be at least a week before they can get gas again.

Thankfully our cars our full, and I have some gas on hand at home and at work. I have no patience for dealing with that madness, mostly because it as you said.....a self made crisis.
