Just text her and explain the truth. Say you're sorry (even though imo it's weird that her roommate opened the bedroom door at 5am and should be sorry), and say if she doesn't want to see you again, you understand, but you would really love to see her again, tomorrow afternoon.

What I mean is, don't be vague or leave it to her to initiate actual plan-making, give a specific time and place that you would like to see her.

Then if she agrees to see you, you can show up with a flower and she can put it in her hair and up you're good.
