Bloody hell mate. That is a real fucker.

Is there any chance you‘ll heal back to anything like normal or is the scar tissue beyond allowing the ligaments to heal? ( groin issues )

My genuine sympathies.

Not sure. 1st time it happened I was running track in HS. Took about 6wk to be “normal” but unless I stretched & warmed up it would act up. This went on for a few decades (46 now). Since this last time, it doesn’t seem to matter much if I warm up or not, it’s going to be bad either way.

Doctor recommended a recumbent bike & to stay away from steep incline treadmills, stair steppers & hiking.

It’s slowly getting better though so hope to hell it recovers again.

Victoria secret used to be stacked with premium models I forgot Heidi Klum,kurolina kurkova and tyra banks used to be on their roster. This tanking of a brand is maybe worse than the budweiser scandal
