I just learnt a new punch. The hook. I can't wait to try it out on Will the next time we fight!

You turn your body in to the punch. And either aim high at the head, or bend your knees and go for the torso. He won't know what's hit him!?

I did some tai chi sparring tonight with Connor

It was like a cross between chi gung/judo/jodo/aikido/and boxing. It ended with us both standing, and so by street fight rules it was a draw.

I tried to push him in to a parked car, but he resisted. And I could have thrown him, but if he had landed badly on the concrete and cracked his head open, I would kiss goodbye to my freedom. Like I said, it was a good scrap!!!
