Bad ass birds like owl hawk eagle etc do not have penis and reproduce just like the chicken.
Not all ducks have a penis either. Very few birds have one and different species of the same family of birds such as ducks may have and some may not.
They grow their penis during mating season then it shrinks and shrivels and reverts back inside of them when it's over so they don't have a big one all the time.
