its interesting because the TMMAC concept of no mods actually works
main problem with mod teams like in any society is cliques, I saw a mod get replaced the other day because he or she was not active 2 weeks and at the time it seemed well but then I realized that if the motto is low moderation then 1 person and a solid crew can just behave
also u start giving people timelines, windows and the silly power vaccum kicks in, for some reason people are actually waiting on sidelines to become mods? weird, never understood that
I was axed to mod a Discord MMA server but really I never ever actually police it, after a while it just polices itself.

There was a period where anyone even slightly affiliated with the industry, anyone slightly famous, and anyone with boobs got a red name. It was insane how many mods there were, and 99% weren't looking out for the site or even the conversations, just themselves and their financial/reputation interests.
Seems like everyone was a mod except me. Hell even my real life bro was a damn red name!

You put these people a year or 2 inside their homes with their immediate damaged circle or by themselves in their tiny apartment and holy shit they realized how ugly and sad their reality really was.
I find it unnatural how many posters brag about not talking to their parents because of politics or stupidities, their own siblings
