• Reduce military
• Remove any special treatment for religion (tax exemption for churches, crash helmet exceptions for turbans etc)
• Nationalise health care and have it funded for by the taxes we already pay (like most first world countries) in places where it doesn't exist
• Reform divorce proceedings that unfairly victimise men
• Offer free schooling for engineering and other "real" degrees
• Introduce anti discrimination laws in places that they don't exist
• Introduce welfare in places where it doesn't exist. Maybe reform it, although I can't think of a better way to handle it.
• Increase renewable energy sources. Eg make solar panels and wind turbines more common place
• Introduce more underground housing, to reduce energy costs

Ideally I'd also like open borders but that's simply not practical

I would fatten the Food Bank with food that isn't off-brand Kraft Dinner, I mean actual veg. I would remove public tax funding from private schools. I would require and respect actual science at all times in my health and environmental policy-making. I would have a private tailor to make my scary uniform as sharp as possible so you couldn't help but admire my style as I punched some bitches in the face.

I'd allow every adult to voluntarily agree to all experimental drugs and health treatments but the companies would be obligated to supply lifetime healthcare payments to the participants in the medical studies. My government would then pay the companies a subsidy to keep successful drug trials low cost.
