That's a comedy skit from Dave Allen. Many people have never heard of him and he was somewhat blacklisted for his time as he was very edgy.

You can find a lot of his skits and some of his stand up comedy on youtube. He was before my time but I somehow discovered him a few years ago and watched everything I could on him. Way ahead of his time and very funny. Check out some of his skits if you have some minutes to kill and want to laugh.
