Isn't that by Seattle? I'd imagine you get plenty of rain there too.

Although you can't throw a rock out there without hitting a national forest, so it's probably worth a little rain. If I lived out there I don't know that I'd ever be inside.

Its central Washington. In the summer time it gets pretty hot and has a desert type atmosphere almost.

Anything east of the Cascades in Oregon and Washington is the same way.
