I get here you're coming from, but even a broken clock is right twice a day. Credit where it's due. Only upper middle class folks are going to really be helped by this money.
Of course the debate about the amount is covering up the more relevant discussion that should be taking place. The government is acknowledging that post secondary education isn't worth the money.
