Also a Moxley segment at some point or so they say.

Whatever happened with the strange dude with the makeup and that jinxed people lol. Last I heard he broke his leg and I never heard about him again? I know he was popular with the fans. Douchehouser?

Danhausen

After he recovered from the leg he tore his tiny pec and I haven’t seen him since. He might be on ROH? Was making bank off his merch, live streams and had other business ventures. If he modified his gimmick to be more evil and drop the voice inflection he’d make a good manager for a heel stable. Just not a good enough wrestler. During Covid he busted his ass online so respect for that.

AEW booking is crazy pants....Trios matches have like no rules, right? Just do whatever you want?
TK takes a lot of inspiration from lucha here (which is wild since AEW tends to have a much strong Japanese connection than Mexican).

If you watch any legit lucha tag matches, they're pretty much just free-for-alls where tags, the "legal man", etc I think are all more just vague suggestions rather than actual "rules". lol

Him doing toy hunt videos are hilarious - he was in quite a few of Ethan Page's toy hunts. (Page's youtube videos are generally pretty good -he seems like a really cool dude.)

Danhausen would be having normal conversations, but in full makeup, weird voice, a still basically in character. I think if you ever saw him out of his gimmick in real life, it'd be a total mindjob.

Though to that end, Page had a toy hunt video with Daddy Magic in it, who isn't a toy guy at all, and was totally in character. That guy had me fucking rolling. hahahahah

Daddy Magic cracks me up. It was a great move having him do part time announcing. Wish they had him doing interviews more.

IIRC correctly they let him go. The toxic AEW stans on X were trashing him pretty hard. Could be wrong but think he was the villain to the NPCS a month or so ago Didn't really pay attention.

He tore a pec, but is healthy now, and although he's technically under contract with AEW still (until 2025 I think), they haven't had any storylines for him, so no TV, and have been letting him just do Indies stuff, and conventions while they continue to sell his merch.

Word is he won't be re-signed, so he's just waiting out the contract.

Knew it was something off, but didn't dive too deep.

Even though he's recently won both the ROH World Tag Team Championship and the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship, dirt sheets saying Dustin Rhodes contract is up at the end of September and no extension has been signed yet.

He is 55...but says he has plenty in the tank. So rumors abound where he's heading if AEW isn't going to keep him around.
