No shit, right. Hope your all’s move is much less stressful than ours was. Amazing how much shit we have accumulated over 15 years, and we’re far from hoaders. We sold and trashed a bunch of stuff before we moved too & it was still brutal.

What was the issue with your move?
FUCKERY: Finished the inspections on Friday and pulled all the permits on the house. Turns out the guy didn't permit a lot of the work he did, including the biggest project: removing a load-bearing wall in the basement and placing a paralam beam and columns. I'm fine with the un-permitted smaller projects, but it's becoming a little more clear why he wanted to push the sale through so quickly and why it was listed under market. We're going to hit him with the list today, but I'm thinking this probably kills the sale. I don't see him giving up any money or permitting the beam and too many other people here would buy the house permits or not.
