Their overall debt load is the highest of any generation. Not only is their credit card debt high, the total amount of debt they have is. Those in the 35-44 age group have “the highest debt levels of any age bracket,”------(article)
Yes we were the generation for whom tuitions were raised 200% and who's wages stayed stagnant while inflation soared. Also the first generation that couldn't expect to earn as much as their parents but were still raised to chase the dream of being saddled with a mortgage and a two car garage. On top of this we then had to raise whiny millenial kids who needed braces and tuba lessons. (I don't know if any of this is true, but it might be, I was too busy playing bass in a grunge band and doing bottle tokes to worry about school. It was a wild time to be alive. Have fun cleaning up the mess you millenial nerds)

When generation X finally retires, company training costs will plummet, which is a good thing.

No longer will businesses have to schedule an 8-hour professional development seminar to teach employees how to download and install a payroll app.

I've never been to a "professional development seminar" in my life. This post is boring as hell. Can you translate it to "non-nerd"?

the funny thing is that most of the time gen X'rs blame millenials for things that generation Z is actually doing which are people born after 1996 ,millenials are 1981-1995.

@Splinty is it possible to make a "Block All Millenials" button for the forum?

Listen I make no secret that I'm an older gentleman (43 winters under my belt) but I still feel like I have a lot of great ideas, and something to contribute to this forum. I know millenials make up a huge segment of the forum and I've tried numerous times to extend my hand in friendship to bridge the gap between myself and this generation that I frankly don't understand. I come from a different era, a time when a handshake meant something, and a man was only as good as his word. We lived by a warrior's code, and we NEVER ate ass. I've tried to be a friend to these young men, and I've had my attempts at friendship thrown back in my face. I am currently under attack by what I can only describe as "Millenial Scum". I didn't ask for this and I most certainly don't deserve it.

While spending thousands of dollars, insane amounts of time and effort to keep family (that was not your responsibility but you manned the fuck up like a savage and took it on anyway) safe, healthy and happy.

Spend whatever you want on yourself. Real fucking men like you deserve it.
