Melvin is a puny kid who gets bullied constantly and brutally (1st act of movie)
Melvin, now an adult, has grown into a huge guy (played by John Cena) who fucks his bully's wives and then beats up his bullies. He then joins the military and kills a record number of Taliban. (2nd act of movie)
Finally the PTSD from a lifetime of bullying and war catches up with him and he snaps and starts mailing crude homemade explosives to politicians. When the police converge on his house he takes his own life by gunshot. (final act)
