We went with the coyote 5.0 because of possible plowing at the cabin, still never seen a plow on it lolSame as me ha. Mine has the 3.3 in it. 75k miles though.
Nice fleet you have there bud. I love that old Quattro. Yeah, the electronics in these cars scares the shit out of me. Something goes out after warranty, break out $2000 minimum.I've had maybe a dozen Audis, from top to bottom, over the years. Loved them, but when automatic transmissions became the only option and touch screens and push button e-brakes crept in, I bowed out. In fact I have pretty stopped giving a shit about 99.9% of new cars. Now I'm down to an '01 Tacoma and a '90 240sx.
'83 Quattro, '01 S4, '03 RS6.

Any issues with it so far?Same as me ha. Mine has the 3.3 in it. 75k miles though.
My last car was a 3 door A3. The insurance and tax ran out on the street so they towed it away. Then billed me. I told them to get fucked and keep it I don't care.I've had maybe a dozen Audis, from top to bottom, over the years. "tax ran out on the street"?My last car was a 3 door A3. The insurance and tax ran out on the street so they towed it away. Then billed me. I told them to get fucked and keep it I don't care.
About 3 years now
I have a 21 tundra and my wife had a 23 tacoma. Both great trucksAppreciate this write up. Looking at Tundra's for me. You're right, they sure do hold their resale value because man they're expensive lol. The only thing I dont really like about Toyota's is they haven't done much to make the interiors 'nicer'.
Road tax, insurance and MoT."tax ran out on the street"?
what does that mean?
In UK you have to have road tax. I left the car on the street instead of my driveway and the filth snatched it. So I told them to fuck off"tax ran out on the street"?
what does that mean?
Just buy a normal car. The ready of the world don't use pickup trucks . If you wanna move stuff everyday then just become a jippo. Is it naive to think a Toyota Tundra will get to 200k miles without too many issues? Because with my budget of $35k, I'm gonna have to get one that has a minimum 75k miles on it.
I can only speak to pre 2022 TundraIs it naive to think a Toyota Tundra will get to 200k miles without too many issues? Because with my budget of $35k, I'm gonna have to get one that has a minimum 75k miles on it.
Not sure about Tundras, but my old Tacoma 6cyl has 240k on it and runs like a champ. As much as I like the newer ones, I just can't cut this faithful bitch loose. Is it naive to think a Toyota Tundra will get to 200k miles without too many issues? I'm looking at Tundra's on cars.com right now. Fuck they're expensive & rightfully so, I guess. Not sure about Tundras, but my old Tacoma 6cyl has 240k on it and runs like a champ. As much as I like the newer ones, I just can't cut this faithful bitch loose.
Mine has what is considered a totaled frame by insurance companies, but I still think I could sell it for 35K+ even disclosing the damage. Which is why I bought it back from insurance for 19K. That generation holds value very well as does most Toyotas.I'm looking at Tundra's on cars.com right now. Fuck they're expensive & rightfully so, I guess.
2015 Limited with 75k miles is $31k on here, and that's a 'great price' listing.Mine has what is considered a totaled frame by insurance companies, but I still think I could sell it for 35K even disclosing the damage. Which is why I bought it back from insurance for 19K.
First generation tundra(pre 2007) are also very good trucks. I would look at low mileage ones. Engine is smaller but just as reliable from what I have heard. Always check frame for rust on, you never know where it lived.2015 Limited with 75k miles is $31k on here, and that's a 'great price' listing.
I had a metallic purple 300c in 2007. Fucking loved that car!2018 Chrysler 300
