I don't like these. They taste okay but they have too much dirt in them and they look scary. I like traditional mushrooms.One of the more popular shrooms to hunt for around here is the Morel.

Morels are edible and quite good when cooked.
This is what is known as a False Morel - very poisonous:
Best way to tell them apart is to slit them in half. Morels are hollow, False Morels are not.
You know what is really good for the liver and anti free radicals is dandelion. I know you are into repairing yourself from your wild young days. That would be a good plant to start.
Dandelion is more nutrious. If you are going to buckle down and drink a weed, that would be the one that's worth it.
My grandpa made dandelion wine once. I might give that a go.
Can you tell me how to make it? I want to try that too. I'm picking them right now but I want to try making other things with it. My dad would love dandelion wine.
