Her cousin (claims to be her cousin on IG anyway) is saying she is 13. Lucky for him this will change the "actual intent" assessment for proving a crime (she was coming at him like some adult bitch who wanted a taste of his blood and knew exactly what she was doing, what was he supposed to think?) and he will likely get charges dropped. If you cannot prove that he intended to harm a child that he knew to be a minor child, then you can't convict him of the crime of assault on a minor. Well, in North Carolina if she was under 12 they could, but luckily she wasn't.
