Nah, the holding a grudge makes perfect sense. What I don't get is the timing.
Like, Rick can't not actually feel really bad in the end for his own family's dysfunctions and probably drives alot of his drinking, I don't think it needed to drag out that far.

Give me some pbp please. I'm at work now and they only play fake sports like nba and hockey.
Charlotte went full "You were never there for me" and Rick let the water works go, if the Flair family wasn't so full of tragedy it wouldn't make my skin crawl.

Oh, I fully agree with that. I'm just saying making a thing of "You were never there for me." I'd get it. Like I said, nothing is off limits for them. It's wild.

I assume if he said no, there's some kind of trashy Vince leverage in play if they don't, it just lingered a little too long to not make people go "Oh right, this is the family with the dead kid and other tragedy and obviously old drunk trying to drink it away"

Storyline makes total sense. But as you have already said. Timing is horrible.

I doubt they leave Jericho as the lone heel in the MITB match.

I gotta think KO gets in that match since Sami is in it.
