No sir, I'm in Ontario. Quebec has very restrictive rules regarding tradespeople, so instead of going through the proper channels, they come across the river and work here. It's a really unfair practice because Ontarians aren't allowed to work there.OH YA!!!! you're a bloc....that explains it

I was in my family's mother land (Italy) a couple years ago. Yeah, courtesy and politeness go right out the window. Getting on a subway or bus? Every man, woman and invalid for themselves.
I have never left north america but i have been in every province and state minus 2P (yukon & nwt) and 5ST (south dakota, new mexico, arkansas, missouri & nebraska)
