I want to believe he has changed but it's hard to believe that a guy with an alcohol and coke addiction will stay sober long term without a real rehab or program. I didn't list weed because I personally stopped after 20 years cold turkey and haven't smoked in 6+ years. Coke and alcohol though?

IMO, drugs/alcohol are just the symptomology.

The root issue really seems to be NPD.

And there is no cure for that.
